Founded in 2011 and based in Hong Kong, Lightbombs Contemporary exists to promote and represent vibrant Asian and international contemporary artists, allowing their work to be experienced by broader audiences. We believe in long lasting relationships and work together with our artists to help cultivate their careers by finding the right opportunities for them wherever our reach is welcomed. Along with this, we provide art lovers and collectors with a plethora of art that may sit outside of their initial interests and is on the cusp of what the market is mainstreaming. With extensive knowledge of and exposure to the international contemporary art world, we are an entity that stands for an intimate, transparent and dynamic approach to acquiring and celebrating art.

CONSULTANCY: Working closely with collectors, we specialize in acquisitions management, art advisement, provenance research and investment. Along with understanding the collectors' needs and objectives regarding a body of work, or a single art piece, we also provide a roster of artists that can complement an existing collection and alternately, start a new one.

AGENCY: We foster and introduce exciting international and Asian contemporary artists by placing them into exhibitions and collections, both private and public. Our kaleidoscopic pool of established and emerging artists come from all over the globe and are managed by passionate individuals with a keen sense of the contemporary art market.
